Congrats! --I lost my retainers after I got my braces off, but my top teeth stayed in place. ^^;; It's just the bottom that moved back to their ungodly positions. ...but really, if you wear them as directed, you'll be glad you did in the end.

I know I'll be glad I did it in the end, but I mean if I have to keep wearing these damn retainers forever, then what's the point? I mean I'm doing all of this work so that other people and I can enjoy my metal-free smile. Oh well, I just hope that I won't have to wear them 24/7. Just nightly would be fine with me.

if your teeth are anything like mine, wear the retainers 24/7 for a while (a week or two) then wear them just at night as soon as your teeth don't shift at the slightest tap.
