How do you get the coloring for #60 and #99?

First I make a dupliate layer of the cap and set it to screen. Then I make a new adjustment layer --> selective coloring

Reds:
Cyan -100
Magenta 0
Yellow +100
Black 0

Yellows:
Cyan +100
Magenta 0
Yellow -100
Black 0

Neutrals:
This is where it gets hard to describe, because it's different for every cap. I usually put the cyan to aorund +15/20, and add a bit black.

After that playing around with the contrast & brightness of the individual layers.
