It took me a while but here are some questions :-)
Where do you're ideas for your stories come from (like the ones you listed)?
How do you start the writing process, ie plot it out first, write a chapter first....?
Do you use people you know or their personality quirks in your stories?
Do you find yourself writing the characters with parts of your personality quirks? I've noticed a lot of portrait artists tend to draw a person with little bits of the artists features, so I was wondering if writers do the same?

Wow, thank you so much for your answers they were very intriguing, to see how one of your favourite authors writes stories, how it all comes together is amazing.

I loved the "the little demon in the story was based on a small student whose neck I wanted to wring." its interesting to see what ends up in a story.

They totally answered my questions.
