Heh heh. My favorite is also Dekaranger (at least for sentai. overall toku would have to be Double). Part of the reason I like it so much is because Ban wasn't the "perfect" type. He was hot-headed and quick to make (bad) decisions. It was great.

Not one more hyper...though Gekiranger and Go-onger certainly TRIED. :D

As far as individual tags for different sentai seasons and tokusatsu properties are concerned, we can definitely look into adding those, but speaking personally, I'm not all that familiar with sentai and toku, especially the more recent stuff. It keeps expanding, year upon year, and there's too much for me to keep up with. x_X

Tell you what, if you can compile for me a list of the tags you think should be added to cover sentai and toku, we can see about getting them put in.

I can definitely do that. I'll reply to this comment with a list of sentai series up to the currently running one, and then get to work on listing the kamen rider, etc

though I think kamen rider and super sentai are the main ones that need a listing, there are other toku series besides those that don't have a tag to list at all.

Oh, yowza. That's a whole lot of shows there. o_O

Tell you what, at this point I'm going to take you up on the suggestion of adding ultraman, metal hero, and other toku (possibly as tokusatsu or miscellaneous tokusatsu; need to consult with my co-mod) as general tags, but for now, I'm not sure we're going to be seeing enough Super Sentai and Kamen Rider macros to justify more than tripling our tag count by adding tags for individual series.

I'll be bookmarking this post so that if we ever decide to revisit this decision, your list will be immediately to hand, so thanks for putting it together. :)
