Let's try this again - only with less fail

NOTE: I sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties involved in the last post! As I was editing that post, something urgent came up in real life so I focused on that instead of checking through to see that all the anon comments were screened. Anyway, they should all be viewable now. Once again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

okay so you are dragon racist too, good to know.

If I truly wished that, then why might I ask did I aid in the defense of the crew at the battle of Lirath? Why then did I save members of the crew rather than leave them to their fate?

because the crew is against the ohm and we are not besties with the daligig? we are kind of our own thing. and if there are things on the ship that are dangerous to us still even though stacy has told us a million times they're not (she is usually wrong) then the crew is like cannon fodder for you, dude. it will eat us first because we are smaller and squishier.

It is clear that you know nothing of the dragon's of krynn, nor do you show any attempt to learn.

What is to say that I would not be at the forefront of the defense should such a beast attack the crew. What makes you think that I would not defend the crew as I have defended Sanction and the people of Krynn in times past?

well obviously you are not respecting other peoples' long histories with dragons being dicks.

and nobody's to say but i'm just sayin' that if you were being a sneaky bastard it would be useful to you to look like a good guy to us.

My world has dragons in it. They are xenophobic isolationists who threatened to set fire to an entire continent.

see? stuff like this anon is saying. dragons are not super awesome in most contexts, okay?

That may be true for some worlds, however it is far from the case is in all. What do you say then to the other dragons aboard this vessel?

Is that so? Do note that I am perfectly aware that a dragon from another world that may happen to have chromatic scales need not be inherently evil, nor one with metallic scales inherently good. However I am specifically referring to the dragons that call Krynn home.

That may be true if I had that intent, however the same could be said of near any of the crew.

i still call bullshit on inherent good or bad. total bullshit.

anyway this is why i don't actually trust anybody here. mostly.

You've already been told by two others from that world that metallic dragons don't eat people, and pose no threat to the crew. If you don't trust our word, you can verify it in the Media Library. There are historical books on Krynn and its dragons there.

I wasn't trying to hide who I was, Grif.

I've dealt with my fair share of dragons on Krynn, both metallic and chromatic. I know for a fact that metallics are inherently good in nature. Like I said, if you refuse to believe me or Councilor Bight, take a look at the history books. You won't find any mention in thousands of years of metallic dragons eating people.

i'm not this grif guy and i resent your disingenuous assertion.

though i have to admit that i would not mind being that awesome.

anyway we used to say the same things about humans based on the colors of their skins, okay? it turns out it did not work out that way and caused a lot of problems.

This is nothing like human skin color and racism, Grif. Be glad that Crucible is a bronze. If he were a red or a green, then you'd have reason to worry.

i'm not grif.

and kang i know you are going to have a hard time understanding this but because i'm not talking out loud to you i am just going to use all caps and spaces. pretend i'm talking very slowly.

i don't like dragons but i am not gonna be a total dragon racist. that ain't cool.

Just go read one of the damn books, or go talk to the dragon yourself. Things on Krynn do not work the same way as on your world.
