I may not actually want to leave Edensphere as much as I say. For all the bad, there is a lot of good. Part of me suspects I have more going for me here than I do at home.

I might actually want to stay if it did not feel that I have been sentenced here against my will. This is my biggest obstacle and the thing I find I can not abide.

If you don't want to leave, but feel like you have no choice but to stay, maybe a hiatus is in order. That way you'll have time to think it over, figure out how to get passed the 'sentencing' frame of mind.

Therein lies part of the problem. You can't take a hiatus from a prison.

I really do not like being treated as a child but I doubt there is anything I can do about it.

I think people just perceive me to be a child, but I am definitely not either of those!

Try being a little more worldly and see if that doesn't help your case. (Easier said than done, I know, but this sort of thing is always a work in progress.)
