That's ridiculous! Unless what you do and say is follow Morgan around and insist that Morgan will be here forever, then those actions are in no way impacted by her departure.

Because displaying that we should move on instead of remaining stagnant in one place, particularly the Barge, is clearly what's devoiding the value of our time here.

My confession? I'm glad she's gone, so people can see the Barge for what it is: a means to an end, not a home. People deserve better, inmate and warden alike, than to be brainwashed and/or changed for the rest of their existence.
