Three instances of Thor Bridge? 1x09 You Do It To Yourself and the opening of 2x09 On the Line, but where was the third?

Sometime in S1, Holmes makes a comment about
"a certain problem of Thor Bridge." Like his Crooked Man story to the NA group. Though I don't think it was to the group, it was an offhand remark.
