worst day of my life.

so today i found out that jake didn't make it through his second surgery.
he was the most amazing guy i've ever met.
& i really hope he'll do better up in heaven.
he would treat me how a real girl would want to be treated.
he was there for me when i needed him & i was there for him too.
we helped each other out with anything possible.
& we trusted each
