This year's IBARW will take place between July 27 through August 2.

Please do let me know if they overlap with major holidays though!

How Can You Help?

  1. I need people to help compile links to posts. In 2007, there were four of us and about 500 posts; in 2008, there were about 250 posts. I have no idea what the volume for this year will be. Each ( Read more... )

I won't have time to help out as compiler but if you get German posts, feel free to throw them at me for tagging and stuff.

Happy to compile again this year! Prefer not to learn Twitter though. :)

I could help out with compiling, especially (I think) later in the week. I read Spanish, Portuguese, and Romanian, and could probably understand enough of an Italian post to manage tagging. :)

Hey, just checking if you are still up for compiling? If so, do you mind shooting me your email? (oyceter at gmail)

Thank you for the info! Do you know if people would be offended by IBARW going on at the same time, or if there would be restrictions on people posting at the time (ex. Sabbath restrictions on turning electrical currents on or off)?

Also, yay! I will contact you once I get a schedule set up!

We actually have a DW comm now (ibarw.dreamwidth.org), though I have no idea how posting link-roundups will work with that (someone is setting up a daily autoposter from Delicious). And sadly, DW doesn't let you import comms... I'm still checking out auto-crossposting between comms though.

I'll be more than happy to compile links, if you still need help! Also, I can read enough Russian to be able to tag any Russian posts.
