I'm wondering if IBARW this year will again be the first week of August? I know it's still months away but we're currently planning our weekly themes for the next round of a LIMS that I run. I want to plan our diversity celebration to occur the week before so that we can flood our fandom with some fresh icons of CoC right when everyone is thinking about it.

I know this isn't the sort of serious discussion that makes up the substance of IBARW but I want to do my tiny part to make IBARW a ubiquitous presence.

Also, celebration of COC is always, always welcome!

I knew I was probably pushing the schedule envelope. We work WAY ahead on the group because we publish caps early to accommodate contestants who will be away from computers during the summer or have vacations scheduled.

We'll definitely be having a celebration of CoC regardless but I really want it to feed into IBARW. We'll start gathering caps and hopefully I can make this work as I envision it.

OK! Um. I will try and set a date this weekend? Usually it's just seeing what will work on my calendar and then checking to see if it falls on major holidays or etc.
