I have as yet found no executor willing to fulfill these requests.

I hope not to die in NY for similar reasons (my problem is not so much the executor as the rules regarding the treatment of a dead body).

Well, I'm right next to Pennsylvania. Maybe I can have myself shipped there?

I didn't mention in the post, but this should involve my being posed like a stuffed grizzly.
