So sad. I knew this story was CoE compliant, and I read the warnings of angst and grief, but I was still hoping for a slightly happier outcome.
But at least Jack and baby Ianto have each other. They don't need anyone else.

Jack has his semi-happy ending. He doesn't have to worry about his son being taken away. The only thing that will make things better is if Ianto was still here for his son.

I have an idea for a follow up, but not sure how it could and if it could work. Gah the evils of plot bunny attacks.
