Scratch that--considering how weird things are between Ianto and Jack at this time, I don't think he needs to be sleeping with any more co-workers!

Yes, Ianto will be quite embarrassed. I could never quite finish this so I pulled a drabble from him. The original, which I wrote the ending to but not all the In between has Jack wringing the next morning that everyone smells like sex but him.
