So sad that this time they've been forced to sacrifice their own child. How much more does Jack have to lose? He can't lose Ianto again, he'd go back to his destructive ways again if that happened!

Eeeek! What a harrowing chapter! First the boys have to make an terrible sacrifice they never signed up for, and now Ianto's still dead! I'm hoping he's just taking longer because he's new at this whole immortality gig. *Crosses fingers and toes, glares at the Doctor, 'cuz it's easiest to blame him.*

Oh, no! Not again! He had to sacrifice another of his children to save the children of Earth and now Ianto won't wake up. How much can Jack be expected to take before losing his mind completely? Ianto HAS to wake up. He needs to be there for Jack or they're right back where they started, with Jack going on a destructive rampage.

I wonder how close Gwen came to finding them before they had to do this. She obviously didn't see what happened or she'd already be in there encroaching on Jack's time with Ianto. I'm betting she and Alice will both look at him differently if they find out the truth.
