Day 1: 111 pounds.

I've started working out again this week. Monday was legs; today was chest, triceps, and shoulders; Friday is back, biceps & forearms. I'll be updating my progress on BodySpace.

The CytoGainer I ordered should come soon, probably not till next week, but it'll help me get the protein and calories I need. Which are a lot. I'm hoping I can eat enough, ( Read more... )

Great web site! Thanks for the heads up. I might try tracking on there as well now that I am restarting in earnest.

My body didn't have another growth spurt until about 21 years old. So if this round doesn't pan out, don't be discouraged.
