Hi Ian, T. Jackson King here. Just thought I'd say THANKS for posting thay entry on Amazon's strategic business model by the Rao guy on Forbes. Very sobering reading. Also, it gave me a temporal perspective to view what is happening now in the book industry that I had not had before. Thanks a lot for the alert and update--I learned something. Tom,
