Another Local cut post up that i wrote. Check it out, it's pretty good. I went to various all ages shows in Portland (where i have been for the last 2 weeks or so), and writing about it.

I think people should be required to say Portland, Oregon when referring to that portland. When I first read your post I thought "Ian's in Maine?" I don't care if the other one has a bigger population and more attractions and is the one everyone is referring to when they just say Portland, we have the real Portland and ours should be the one refereed to when just the city name is mentioned.
