Challenge: June - The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face
Since today marks the first of June and the start of this community, we're offering our first challenge. The theme: The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face.
Our beginning here inspired the challenge, requesting your take on the first meeting between Ian and Nikki.
In High Exposure, the first words Ian ever spoke to Nikki were “And who the hell are you?” What was he thinking behind those dark eyes when he first saw her despite his smug greeting? Was he being dismissive, only to have his mind changed later. Or did Ian see something that he liked. Was it a challenge issued to have Nikki step up to the plate?
Nikki answered his question, being equally smug, but were her words a mask to cover a racing heart? Did she see something she liked? Was she intimidated by our favorite sniper under the gutsy exterior she always projects?
Or maybe you think Ian met Nikki before this: working with LAPD, or at Quantico while she was training to be FBI. Heck, maybe you think they dated in high school. AU or Canon, these two are just ready to be put together.
