Hm.  He only took the heart?  Didn't pull the bones out and suck the marrow?

Jeeze he's loosing his touch.

You should see a doctor you're obviously in shock.

I'm not in shock. I've experienced that before.

He only took the heart? I can't hear the tone of your words, but you seem to be implying that it's not such a big deal? Yes, I watched him rip the heart out of a student whom I knew personally who did nothing to deserve such a swift and brutal death. Are you suggesting that I should shrug it off because it could have been much worse?

Not exactly.  What I am saying is Lestat is a vampire.  Vampires kill people.  To expect anything else is dangerous.  It's like climbing over the cage to the Lions den at the zoo ignoring all the "warning do not climb the barrier" signs and thinking the lion is a cuddly pussy cat that's going to lay down and purr at your feet instead of eating you.  Lions are wild animals not cute little pussy cats.  Vampires are monsters not fluffy humans.

I am sorry about your friend but he obviously ignored the warnings.

And yes it really could have been worse.  This is Lestat we're talking about not Louis.

I've been studying vampires for over thirty years. I certainly don't need you to tell me what they do. I'm well aware of that. What difference does it make that this was Lestat and not Louis? Both are equally capable of such brutality.

He's killed another Talamascan. Less than two nights ago. Tore out her spine. She was doing nothing but watching him.

Ian, I unreservedly apologize. I didn't mean this to happen and I don't know why it did. I was taken over my such rage! You have always been safe from me in your own house and this is how it should be. I am really, terribly sorry for it.

How safe am I, really? How safe are any of us? You were invited here and you took a life right outside my door!

You're not safe. Stay away.

I feel quite safe myself.  But you're likely thousands of miles away across an ocean somewhere far far far away.  You should stay there.  I mean it's cold here in Canada. Weather is horrible. You wouldn't like it. Hell I don't like it and I've lived here all my life.

Besides I have 3 cats. You hate cats.

Oh my god, I'm so sorry you were there for that. It makes me ill just to think...

I hope you're ok, like mentally and everything. This is awful. No contest some of the worst.

I'm so so sorry you saw all that. I wish it never happened.

Thank you.

It made me ill as well, physically and psychologically.

Mentally, I will be fine. I am always in control of my own mind. It's a powerful weapon, you know. The things I can do with little more than a thought would, no doubt, amaze you.

Hmm, can I do something for you to make you feel a bit better?
Find some music, perhaps? Or a funny pic?
Or would you like me to flirt with you? I love older man, thats why I adore Armand, Marius and Khayman so much ^^

Anything that comes in a glass bottle is making me feel better presently.

Flirt with me? Why would you want to do that? I'm getting older, but 52 of my human years can't begin to compare to an immortal lifespan. Ah, what I wouldn't give to see the things that Khayman has seen, but the cost is high.

Oh dear Sir, let me hug you! *hugs* Better?

Don´t you like to flirt now and then?

Hmm, 52 is a good year for a man. *rawr*

I wouldn't pay that price because all the other life I would take must pay the double prize. That´is not fair. Also very pathetic.
But I would love to meet Khayman. I bet he is a great storyteller. And certainly a good flirt.
