Photo 4 makes me feel how endless the lake or bay really is and the gray sky seems like a storm is moving in.

I love photo 5 -- that's a great combination of textures. The last photo with the open water is good but creeps me out that you were out on that ice taking pictures.

i am walking to that far cape and back almost every day and this spring we had talked right about how familiar the landscape had became in last several years and that how the fresh feeling of unknown space is turning into everyday routine

I can understand the walk becoming familiar.

In the last photo it appears there are two large birds. Are these hawks or eagles?

there're no such big hawks but some eagles are really big
but they do not come near shore nor populated places
and live on the farest isolated islands for safety
the big birds flying away were most probably geese
