Since I tend to dwell on things that aren’t exactly the most constructive or creative of ventures, I know there was a glut of 70’s TV shows remade into movies. No one can live up to John Ritter!

What's Kids in Class? It's Shia not Shie, come on! Reese = Justin Berfield.

As much as I like to see Bow Wow in movies, instead of making it with black kids I wouldn't be surprised if they make it today with a black family and white kids (like they did with the Ashton Kutcher version of Guess Who's Coming to Dinner).

The Michael Pare kids in GAH. And sorry that I can't spell names. It's hard enough for me to spell words longer than 5 letters.

They could be rich black family and immigrant mexican kids? Was Different Strokes PC back then?

I couldn't think of anyone to be like Bull, big and dumb but still a teddy bear. Steel seemed close enough. Didn't he star in a third Kazaam/Steelish movie? Off to imdb.
