Damn the damn bookstore!

I went to the bookstore to get the next selection for book club, and a few books for my friend's daughter's 2nd birthday. And I thought I would look for new baby books and some Curious George books for Andrew. um. So, I got Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, and I got Ava 3 classics in paperback. And Andrew got 2 Berenstain Bears books on new babies,

I have a hard time affording getting out of the bookstore too! Why does reading have to be so expensive?!?

the sad thing is, they were almost all paperbacks! $7 at the most.
