trust me, I know. I asked for my money back but they wouldn't. If this one breaks too I'll sell the new one I get on ebay and buy something that actually works.

I agree. I hate this ipod. But I got an alarm clock/docking station for Christmas, so I hope this one doesn't break.

offbrand is the way to go. The iPod isn't bad, but it's rediculously overpriced. I'd have reccomeded Dell or Toshiba's mp3 players if it wasn't too late already.

NONONO! See my iPod story for details. Just take it in if it breaks. Don't buy a new one. I got a brand new one for free when I took it to the apple store.
