It's been a while since I did something like this. You know how it goes. Ask me 5 movie-related questions and I will answer. Please try to keep them relatively clean, naughty people. ;)
2. Howling 3. It's good cheesy fun. I'm a big fan of Braindead too. That movie is hilariously gory.
3. Die Hard. The best action movie ever! Or Commando...
4. Flash Gordon, Die Hard, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Terminator 2, Back to the Future.
5. Back to the Future. We used to have it on VHS which we recorded off the telly. It most probably had to be thrown out because we watched it too much.
Any/all of these questions have the implied followup "And why?" if you'd like to go on.
1. What movie would you recommend to an alien, to teach them about what it means to be human? 2. What movie would you recommend first to somebody that, the only thing you know about them before you choose is that they want to see a movie? 3. What movie do you think is the most quotable? 4. What movie do you wish they'd make but as far as you know doesn't exist or isn't likely to? (Interpret that any way you want) 5. What movie would you like the excuse to talk about that you haven't already as a part of these questions (except this question of course, otherwise we disappear into a black hole of paradox)?
1. Probably not District 9. Don't come to our planet or we''l steal your stuff and be all racist. Not a good image.
2. Raiders of the Lost Ark. it's practically a perfect movie. it's got something for everybody. Fights, romance, adventure, melting Nazis...
3. Anchorman. Barely a day goes by without me asking somebody if they got their clothes from the toilet store or professing my love for light fittings.
4. A Batman movie that isn't hugely overrated. Zing!
5. Flash Gordon. It is one of my favourite ever movies. Some might regard it as a guilty pleasure, but I can honestly say that I love that movie without an ounce of irony.
