SPREE TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ & UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING
BEFORE JOINING ANY OF MY SPREES
Join only if you are comfortable with my T & C, and you TRUST me.
1) Pls co-operate by making payment ASAP so that I can order the items once the cap is reached.
2) NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER. I will take order for those who pay up before the spree closure.
3) Reply to your own comment after you have made payment.
4) Priority will be given to those who pay up first, NOT those who post their comments first.
5) Money transferred after spree closure will be confiscated.
6) Pls ensure that the item's name / url / colour / size / price is correct before you post your orders. I will follow the url if item's name & url does not match.
7) I will NOT be responsible for any damage or wrong orders. However, I will ensure that I have ordered exactly what you pasted in this spree.
8) Any amendments, pls delete the whole post and post the new one again. NO more editing after payment is made.
9) I-Banking & ATM transfers to be done before spree closure. Money transferred after spree closure will be confiscated.
10) Strictly NO inter-bank transfers.
11) Orders without payment are considered void and will be deleted.
12) I strongly strongly recommend that you put an ALT (alternate - 2nd option) for your items or DNB (do not buy - for a refund), just in case an item is OOS (out of stock).
13) In the event when there's a difference in exchange rate, balance money will NOT be collected or refunded.
14) All refunds for OOS items will be done when spree is completed. Thanks for your understanding!
15) If due to unforseen circumstances, I reserve the right to change the mode of shipping or close sprees.
16) All updates will be done via e-mail.
17) Distribution of items are non-negotiable.
18) Combining local postage is to be informed via email prior to arrival of items. State clearly which sprees you wish to combine. Once package has been packed, combining postage won't be an option.
19) MUTUAL RESPECT IS MOST IMPORTANT. I have a reputation of being nice to people, so pls be nice & patient with me. ^_^
