This is completely random, but the Greek Festival this weekend has put it on my radar: do you have a good recipe for moussaka? I've nabbed your pasticcio and Greek meat/tomato sauce recipes, but moussaka is my fave and it would be nice to be able to make it every so often and not have to wait all year until the next festival!
I've officially put in a request to my sainted mother-in-law for her recipe, which will likely mean she'll have to sit down and make it from scratch while jotting down notes like she did for the pasticcio and the meat sauce, bless her. It could take a little while, but I'll be sure to post it when it arrives.
