Google Maps sent me to the middle of nowhere, and I couldn't get in touch with Jess, so I surrendered and went home. :/

Those internet maps... ktynes July 6 2006, 14:09:22 UTC
Being flower angels at the wedding had us returning vases to the florist on Monday morning. Yes, she left instructions...from going north on I-5 or south on I-5, but not from downtown. So--I wisely printed out instructions from Google before we left the hotel.

No way, Hoz-zay! I will NOT go into detail about the next hour. That we finally got there was by the Grace of our Good Lord and one of the street names being Lynn.

I think you must regard those instructions more like theology...subject to interpretation!

Our address isn't in Google, nor is the nearest major intersection (!) rendering it not only useless, but destructive for the reason you state—anyone using it ends up in the middle of nowhere. Therefore, I trust Google Maps with nothing.
