Did you know that Pee-Wee Herman was in The Raconteurs' "Steady As She Goes" video? Well, now you do. Jack White remained friends with Pee-Wee after meeting him on the set of the video shoot. White's children’s book, We’re Going To Be Friends, features illustrations by an animator who worked on the Pee-Wee’s Playhouse series (Elinor Blake).

I had no idea Pee-Wee is in that music video. The radio has been playing Steady As She Goes quite a bit lately (before Pee-Wee's death) and it got me back into the song (I "forgot" about it lol). Kind of weird how things like that happen.

Instagram has been enjoyable this week with all of the photos shared of him. "Kind of weird how things like that happen." I know exactly what you mean, a few days before he passed, I started following @beelinecreative when a series of Pee-Wee/Playhouse tiki mugs appeared on my feed.
