Have you ever reached the point of getting so sick of receiving bullshit emails that you decide to dedicate an entire weekend to unsubscribing from them? Yes, that's the highlight of my days off.

I should be celebrating the news that I received a $1.40 raise, but my rent went up $100 per month. There honestly isn't any way to get ahead these days

I have been unsubscribing when I think of it but my email is still out of control and I swore when I set up my gmail I would not let it do that but here I am.

I have rent control so my rent only goes up in little bits. I am still way under market rate so It is ok.
