I placed an order for grocery delivery last night that was scheduled from 8-9 p.m. The order was pushed to 9-11 p.m. After a 3 hour wait, my groceries were never delivered. My daughter had a very similar experience with her first ever attempt to order groceries for delivery when she moved into the dorm. All she ordered was a gallon of milk and Nesquick, but it took 4 days to finally arrive, and my husband had to call them multiple times to figure out WTF the problem was.

That could possibly have been minimum order requirements not being met. I think a $35 minimum is common for most grocery store deliveries.
