I think the hair cut/style would be soooo cute on you! Definitely go for it!

As for the nose piercing, you'd probably have to take it out anyways when you start teaching, so if it were me, I'd just pass on it.

see i know a few people who have their nose pierced and are teachers. but, that's also not for another three years. i don't know.
