That's great! Very IC and Snape especially is a good combination of vulnerable and snarky. I really liked it.

I write Snape quite a lot and Minerva less often, so she was definitely more of a challenge.

My brief was to explore the relationship (in an unshippy way) between them, and I think I went too much off into what they privately thought of the others, but it was quite enjoyable. Also... thank the gods I wasn't supposed to be shipping them, or my mind would have exploded.

I think I'd find Minerva hard to write. I liked the way you wrote her too, it was just it was in Snape's head so I noticed him more ^^

It was fun to read, whatever the brief was!
