Really weird. Circulation is fine. But my hands are cold enough to freeze water - well, not quite but sure feels like that! No fun at all.

That sounds like Raynaud's Phenomenon, which is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Your circulation checked out OK? The edema and the cold hands both sound like circulation issues to me, the non-expert.

One of the meds I take is also prescribed for Raynauds

It was a thought before, tho not likely. It's the swelling that's really being a problem.

Can't type, play any instrument, pick up anything smaller than a pencil, write, etc.

AArgh!

AND I still have to move.

Doctor is just as baffled... Adds diabetic effects to the list.

I dunno.
