Chill day
I'm still feeling weird after the cake incident. I'm not coughing that much, but I'm feeling...not quite run down, but not up for much, that's for sure. I spent part of the day quietly reading the paper, and another part semi-napping. Rest. That's what I needed. I'm still a little sore from Thursday, even.
I did a little searching and it looks like what happened can cause walking pneumonia. True aspiration pneumonia involves liquid, from what I recall. I'm not sure if I really have anything aside from general malaise. I have taken some ibuprofen and otherwise I'm just taking it easy.
