Let me define 'engrossed' for your apparently uncomprehending brain. When one is engrossed something, outside stimuli become nothing more than background noise. If I didn't look away from the screen as I was reading, chances are I didn't even see you naked (and since I didn't notice the poking, that would be obvious). Clearly you'd left me to my own devices long enough for me to occupy myself - and if your sex life suffered for it, it is your own fault.
