The trailer for V for Vendetta is out. And it's rather good, actually. Promising, even.

I concur. The main cast is excellent, which helps.

Natalie Portman looks like she's putting in a great performance (unlike, oh, say, some other blockbuster movies she's been in). And Hugo Weaving (though unseen) is noticeably less OTT than I might have feared. :-)

I really don't think you can blame her for, er, those films, though.. :) She was excellent in Closer and Garden State.

Which I haven't seen, sadly, owing to our lazy tendency to only watch braindead blockbusters at the cinema, and rent the films we'd actually enjoy watching later. ;-)
