See - I caught an episode of ST:TNG last night. It was thoughtfully acted, suitably SF (all to do with artificial life) and despite being 20 years old it still looked very good.

It was, however, incredibly dull.

I would take Total Bollocks Overdrive and gazillions of Daleks over that any day of the week.

It also amused me that the world was saved, at least in part, by the failed robot spares salesman turned expert in Earthonomics from the planet Stow :)
