Well this weekend was mostly boring and laid back. i went to the movies with my parents and little brother. i was jealous. my little brother chowed down on all this candy, like milk duds, and sour patch kids and not to mention the popcorn that my parents got. i settled for a water bottle, and just told myself how much thinner i was going to be for

Grapefruits aren't negative calories. Depending on size they have up to 120 in a whole one. BUT they ARE a fat burning catalyst which is almost as good as negative calories. Just thought I'd let you know ;)
