[It was never hard to find Clow, if she was actually looking. The man had enough power that he stood out, even against the background magic of the City. The thing was, it hadn't even occurred to her to go looking for him right away. There were other things going on, after all...

But he was rarely gone for so long. Perhaps... She had suspicions. Maybe, like Watanuki, he'd forgotten he lived here.

She saw his tall silhouette standing before the tree. She smiled a little to have found him, but his silence, his stillness there... Something felt off.

She approached from behind, calling out when she was close.]

So this is where you went. I was beginning to wonder.

[ He turned at the sound of a voice - a familiar one, but it had been so long that he just couldn't place it - and went a bit pale when he saw who owned it. Even if he had been expecting her, it would still have been quite startling to actually see her standing before him after so many years. ]

Yuuko...

[He'd gone pale. And it was generally quite difficult to surprise him. So, all right, he was cursed too. Like most of the people she knew this weekend. She paused, a few feet from him, and smiled a little, crossing her arms.]

Has it been a while since you've seen me? You look as if you've seen an unfriendly ghost.

[She figured it might be a good idea to figure out what time period he was from. Sometime after he'd met her, which she was thankful for because it complicated things a little less, but she didn't know when yet.]

[ Clow smiled. It was slight, but definitely there - this wasn't an unpleasant surprise, certainly. He had to reach out to touch her, just to make sure she was real. ]

... It's been decades. [ He looks a little sad as he says that. So it's true that time doesn't pass for the dead? She obviously still remembers him, so that's a bit of a relief. ]
