[Batman's only writing on the memorial is a Bat symbol. He's also left a few flowers beneath that tree.

Most of what he feels is going to be left unsaid, as is often the case. But he knew Molly was a good kid. The letter she had left for the League and the last conversation they had about him not locking her up because of her powers remains stuck in his mind. ...He does hope that her world will be a better place for her one day. Maybe she'd have a hand in it. Admittedly, he did wish he could do more for her. But she's on her own now.
