I've started a new food plan a dietitian gave me. I'm finding it hard. But, if it works, it'll be worth it. I go back to see her in two weeks, so I hope to see some improvements.

It's hard, too, because I can't exercise very much. I hurt my leg a couple weeks ago and it's still healing. I want it to be better now because I want to run. I miss

I've been feeling really ill lately so I need to stay strict by not having ANY sugar etc. so I'm finding everything pretty hard at the moment too
It'll all be worth it once we start seeing results

Hope your leg feels better. Oh, do you run? I just started taking it up, and while it's hell on the knees, it's rather a lot of fun.
