Eeeeee I love The Long Halloween, a definite favorite of mine since I'm a whore for any and all Harvey Dent-focused stories. And Dark Victory, the sequel, is equally awesome.

i'm going to the bookstore tommorow and thinking about picking up some batman books/graphic novels. which ones are the best to start with? i'm mostly interested in batman/joker/catwoman centered stories. i hear "the killing joke" is good, have you read it?

I just started reading some myself, so I'm no authority. But I DO recommend Year One, but that's mostly about Batman through Jim Gordon's eyes. The Killing Joke I read last week, and it was brutal. Get it! It was really good. And of course, I recommend this one I just read.

Sorry I'm not more help!
