So....today is "Mother's Day", isn't it? At least, according to a lot of the people who live here, anyway....
Mother...it's been a while since you passed away, wasn't it? I'm sorry Brother and I weren't able to bring you back. I don't quite remember what happened that night, but what I do know is that what we tried to do wasn't meant to be. I hope that you're happy wherever you are up there, and I'll keep doing my best to look after Brother and make sure that we'll stick together no matter what. I'm sure that's what you always wanted for us to do, anyway.
Brother and I miss you a lot, and I'm sure you're always looking after the two of us as much as you can.
I'm sorry I can't give you much of a gift today, but next year I'll definitely do more for your memory, Mother!
