TOURNAMENT?!?!?!?!?!?
The Island is a generous....GENEROUS.....OH SO VERY GENEROUS BEING, really. On par with the likes of saints and mountain gods and all that good stuff.
Which is why this weekend, from March. 23rd to March 25th, the Island's holding a tournament.
I'll make a post AS the island in the IC comm later to announce it er, IC-ly. But the gist is this: Winner gets ONE wish fulfilled by the Island. It's an all-out tournament, and anything goes, and everyone can participate.
Basically, you just have to beat everyone else and get to the center of the island first. It's a race. Center is marked by a giant NEON PINK VOLCANO, OKAY? Just for the event. It'll stick out like an eyesore.
EVERYTHING GOES, YO. So I expect CRACK and hilarious hi-jinks. If your characters are the type to team up, go ahead. If your characters would rather commit seppuku than team up, do that too. I don't care, as long as it's within Island RP rules. So the usual no god-moding, no god-mode-ing, no OOC, etc XD You know the stuff. You want your characters to get lost? SURE. Make out instead of racing? OKAY! Beat up monkeys to see if that'll lead to a mayo kingdom--er, short cut? THAT'S FINE BY ME.
This is NOT a chance to go "ZOMG MY CHARACTER IS STRONGER AND BETTER THAN ALL OF YOU >O!!!! I WINZ!" Haha, no. It's a chance for CRACK and go CRAZY over having a wish fulfilled. That sounds corny, I know. But CRACK is the point, not "OMG NO YOU HO MY CHARACTER IS BETTER." But you guys are awesome, so I know squabbles like that won't happen anyway XD
ONE CATCH: (and your characters will obviously not know this, but YOU as the muns WILL) The island SLEEPS THROUGH THE WHOLE THING. Island spent too much time painting the damn volcano pink, so aha, needs some rest D:
SO IN THE END, THERE WILL BE NO ONE GETTING ANY WISH FULFILLED. XDDDDDDD
But just in case your characters DO get to the center? ......There is also an apple tree there?
Oh, by the way? The Island's HUGE. Obviously. So don't say stuff like "LOLZ I GOT TO THE CENTER ALREADY 8D IN A DAY AHAHAH 8D" ...Um. NO.
BECAUSE YOUR CHARACTERS ARE REQUIRED TO DO IT BY FOOT. CIVILIAN MEANS OF TRAVEL, YO. But they can do whatever they want to the opponents to try to get to the center first.
So those of you with gundams or whatever = ahahah don't use them XD FEET ONLY XDDDDD No motorcycles either. No planes for sure, blah blah blah you get the idea. TWO FEET XDDDDD
And if you've ever been hiking before? YEAH. IT IS NOT AN EASY PROCESS XD; VERY physical. It makes ANYONE and EVERYONE tired, okay? XD
