I saw a lot of comments like "Fuck yes, the Impala is back!" and "I hope this episode puts the haters to bed" and "The show has redeemed itself".... but excepting a few reviews on my f-list, I didnt get to see any rational thought over the episode, just lots of squeee. So I still dont know just

Yeah, I heard Ben wants to become a hunter too. There was a lot of John in Dean, in that scene, I heard. Not many approved of it

*breathes* I put my review up a couple of minutes ago, you can see all my thoughts there.

I thought the episode was alright. I am glad the Impala is back but I didn't feel that this episode was really any better than last weeks.

Cas is all I care about now...and the fact it's Dean that says they should phone Cas :D REUNION!!! <33 I am not liking that some people don't want Cas back because they don't think he fits any more. Cas would make it a hundred times better than it's been the last two weeks as far as I'm concerned.

IKR! I squeeed and flailed! I love that it was Dean's idea, and now I'd love if its Dean who calls him! REUNION IS HERE BB! *clings and cries* I need Cas to play hard to get though lolol. And JFC, I can almost see how epic his entry is going to be wheeeee!

I just replied! I can see that its not bad, and thats not why Im not watching, I just want it to be Supernatural again, you know! D: I was actually surprised at the squeee over this episode, cuz I failed to find just what people liked in it.... turns out, most of the squee was over the baby and Impala. :/

ME TOOO!!! And I'm sure it will be Dean to call Cas, we already know he doesn't listen when it's Sam. And I need some Dean/Cas!! I think Cas will be a bit work first, play later ;) I am so damn excited for his return I don't even have the words!

It wasn't awful, but yeah as I said it still feels like something is missing. Yeah the Baby and the Impala are the reasons for the squee...and the Dean/Lisa for folks that way inclined. The baby was cute, I like that the Impala is out from under the tarp but I still kinda wish it had been Dean's decision to unearth her, y'know?

I liked this episode better, but the things I disliked about 6.01 are still there, except for this ep they were riding in the backseat, not the front. Lisa and Dean's relationship continues to make no sense. I'm a long way from thinking the show is completely back on track, though.

As for the 'haters to bed' comments, meh. Even if I end up loving S6, 6.01 will still SUCK as an episode to me.

Exactly, I didnt get why people were ready to ignore the (not obvious but still there) issues just cuz the Impala was back and there was a cute baby thrown into the mix. Its still not the Supernatural we love!

They are confusing me with Dean/Lisa, and honestly, I was never a hater, I just didnt get it, and I still dont. I want her gone. JUST GONE!

I really want to go back to loving the show, we're all still ~fans, the fandom forgets that when some of us get critical and rational about the show! I havent watched it yet, but I get what you mean. A lame premiere cant be excused even if the season turns out to be good, (and Im hoping it will, with everything in me!) and even if one forgets that it was the 'premiere', it'd still be a weak episode, in general!

Bwahahaha, same, there was no way this episode was ever going to satisfy me, not with the baby or with the show recovering a little from the awful premiere, not when I know Cas will be next weeek!
