Authors, fill out the form stating your preferred weeks for posting. Posting will take place over the course of three weeks: November 6 - 12 (Week 1), 13 - 19 (Week 2), and 20 - 26 (Week 3). You have until October 26 to fill out this form and have your preferences taken into account

So if I have two stories being written for my art, and one is posting the second week and one the third, do I make my art masterpost here in the third week once both stories are up?

No, you will make one single masterpost containing links to stories. Both stories will be posted at the same time.
