pissed as in drunk. he'd clearly been out the night before and not sobered up yet.
i've been having to have library days to sort out my final assignment. it's really stressing me as the deadline is tomorrow and i had two days to complete it so someone generally shouting next door to me was doing nothing for my stress levels.
