Guys, I know I've heard mention of Bush Property Management from some of you before, and I would like to be reminded if such comment was positive or negative. Midday tomorrow I'm viewing one of their properties on none other than my old stomping ground, Glebe Road. BEN AND OR HARRIET: I have a viewing set up for Midday tomorrow on Glebe Road if you ( Read more... )

If it was me you heard discussing Bush Property Management, the comment was negative.

BSL kicks ass and is well worth learning.

That is all.

How negative? I mean, are they going to take my money and run or are they just a bit lazy when it comes to getting things fixed?

Depends how you define 'a bit lazy', really. Worst thing I can tell you is that one of my mates in second year told them about a water leak from the bathroom. They didn't fix it or do anything about it for three weeks, and when they finally sent someone round they also tried to charge them for damaging the property. By not getting the leak fixed sooner.

I was with Bush in my 2nd year of uni. I don't remember them doing anything that bad, but then I don't think we had any major reasons to get them involved in anything. I do remember they took their time (a month) giving my damage deposit back though, but I -think- that is all done through the government now, so it'll be the same length time for all agents (I assume) and they can't steal all your damage deposit at the end without you agreeing why and how much they should take.

I'm in Newmarket now and our new house is about a kabillion times bigger than our flat. I'm thinking that sometime in the future there could be a party. But it would involve actual planning as it's a distance from Norwich and other potential party-people.

Now you have memorized the Periodic table you just need to make a music video which is even more catchy than the one we saw in chemistry lessons. When I say more catchy, I can remember up to Oxygen, which is 8th.

fluorine comes next, but it just doesn't fit with the tune. I'm trying to find it on youtube but all I can see it Tom Lehrer's elements song, which is totally different.

Bush cancelled on us anyway, the bastards.
