I agree with you in one way. Murderers should go through due process.. it's just too bad that those guilty aren't persecuted, and those who aren't sometimes.. are..

To an extent.. yes.. The only problem with the notebook idea.. is its evidence for anyone who doesn't agree with you to easily take you down.. whether they take it away or write your name in it..
I wouldn't use it for my own personal gain, I'd want to use it to make the world a better place. The authorities would have custody over it, that way it'd be safe. It's better than what the death penalty is today.
